Awards and Commendations
Awards Advisory:
The VM does not handle awards. RMs (Room Masters; 'hammers') coordinate with their players for the issuing of available awards. This is NOT mandatory, and you do not have to keep track of awards unless you just want to in order to add some more flavor to the RP. If there is a significant player consensus presented by the hammers, award stacks will be added to the dossiers and updated whenever the hammers submit stack updates to the VM.

If there is no blue-colored service-branch caption below the name of a medal, it may be awarded to all military branches and the Department of Transportation (Coast Guard).
* All awards issued must be for not only RPing out events that meet the prerequisites for earning the respective awards, but also for truly exceptional writing at the same time. Writers, that means proofread.
