This Space station was active during the 2200s through 2400s. After 2313, following the completion of the migration of nearly all human life from Earth, it was repurposed for deep Space work, remaining on standby to be used as a planet orbiting Space station for whichever 34 Tauri planet warranted its presence the most. That planet turned out to be Londinium.
