Mansion Gymnasium News: Once just designed to be two stories tall, this home gym is now TWENTY stories tall.
Mansion Gymnasium
Gymnasium, Gym, or Djym
Note:
Regardless of how one spells the name of this room, it is a world-class one like no other. The owner of this vast residence is a fitness enthusiast and Then some, and this is evidenced in the full spectrum of exercise equipment kept available and in showroom condition in this facility; this gym has everything you would find in a normal fitness center, plus all of the CrossFit, gymnastics, and Le Parkour equipment. There are also two swimming pools connected by an underwater tunnel for underwater relay racing, dive rings (for retrieval practice, such as how the SEALs do), and even wall-mounted poles and bars for acrobatics.
Dimensions & Layout:
Spanning two of this mansion's three main levels, this gym measures 100'x150' across its floor, and stands a whopping 20 stories tall; 200' from floor and pools' surfaces to ceiling. Both swimming pools are circular on their surfaces and bowl-like underneath, and are connected by the water-filled tunnel beneath the floor of this gym. Free weights and related workout equipment are in the middle of the ground floor just over where the tunnel runs. Nine inside perimeter balconies house the jogging tracks, as well as all the ramps which connect their sections, allowing simulated mountain face and ridge-line jogging better than any treadmill ever could. In the middle of this gym, built to hang from the center of its ceiling, is an eight-story rectangular prism with a square bottom. In this overhead central construct are seven stories of partially overlapping trampolines. The bottom interior of this construct is a floor which connects to transparent bulb-like antechambers with openings to drop back down into either of the two swimming pools. Lastly, on the 11th story of this 20-stories gym, the balcony has a few archways and double doors which open up to other places in the mansion, such as the 2nd dining room's inside perimeter balcony, and the 2nd mansion level's outside perimeter balcony.
Special Features:
Safety nets on multiple levels of the otherwise open-air courtyard between the jogging track balconies and the central, rectangular, trampoline-housing construct allow climbers and joggers to leap over the railings of their levels and fall down to be caught in these elastic catching meshes.
