This new building to the mansion compound is a house-sized dog-house which is home to the Governor's private sled team of purebred Siberian Huskies. It includes an outdoor, fenced-in running and play area, monitored cave den-like sleeping areas, multiple raised, ramp-accessible, drain-floor, dog-washing tub stations with water and shampoo hoses hanging from overhead swivel arms, spiral dog ramps in the corners for easy access to the rooftop training area, plexiglass paneling with snout-sized sniffing holes to allow for breezes and a full 360-degree view while up in that rooftop area, and a covered sled-way (like a driveway) for incoming and outgoing sled teams to harness up or down.

All veterinarian equipment, supplies, and trained personnel are available on site here, so there is never a need to med-evac' any of these dogs to the city's hospital. Thanks to the expansions of the mansion's own perimeter wall(s), these dogs now also enjoy their own extended running yard which measures about 2,046' x 726' ; over one third of a mile long.
